GovSales
-
This is the largest database of government property
auctions (assets that have been foreclosed on, forfeitures,
loan defaults, etc.). The live database includes thousands
of items at any given time, including vehicles, jewelry,
houses, buildings & land, farms, aviation &
marine vehicles/parts, computers, electronics, communications/office,
medical/dental, household items/clothing, collectibles,
sporting goods, books, music and more.
These
items are purchased directly from the US Government
(not a corporate entity or brokerage firm).
GSA

and other financial assets as a result of banks and
other corporations declaring insolvency.
DRMS
Sales
- The DRMS (Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service)

Though clunky and difficult to navigate in general,
the DRMS sells a multitude of industrial items, personal
goods and real estate assets, often at a substantial
bargain.
US

Foreclosures -
The US Property Disposal Office coordinates the sale
of thousands of homes and other real estate that has
been foreclosed on, or otherwise seized due to loan
default or legal reasons.

real estate in the states of AL, MS, DE & PA.
Previously
Used Government Property -
This is a live auction database that lists a large variety
of property, vehicles and otherwise assets that were
previously employed by Government agencies - such as
police cruisers, heavy equipment and so on. It also
contains some seized assets.
Foreclosures.com
-
This is a corporate entity that compiles a massive,
live database of real estate auctions (due to foreclosure)
from across the USA. There is a small membership fee
in order to bid on properties, although the database
is fully searchable and details are available for each
listed property. Our link to this company is affiliated.
